Operations
Western Range can produce up to 25 Mtpa and uses an 18 km conveyor to the existing Paraburdoo processing plant, sustaining the established hub.

Rio Tinto-operated; Western Range is Rio Tinto 54% and China Baowu 46%
Automation & technology
The brownfields design reuses mature processing and rail infrastructure while adding modern crushing, conveying and operating systems.

The hub combines residential and FIFO employment. Western Range was developed to support stability for more than 880 Paraburdoo employees.
